I cant believe I am sitting here at the back of grade one's classroom. Looking at the students, observing them and their teacher, jotting down notes for our subject Field Study. I am supposed to be here for six days, straight. Our professor had given us a total of 34 hours to observe.
As I pull my dream from the back of my heart where I had buried it 2 years ago, I imagine myself sitting on a conference room, listening to Sergio Alfafara, Ruperto Alaura, Iluminado Lucente, absorbing their words, giving us pressured activity.. to write a short r a long story. Then I would probably stood up and proudly walk at the isle to pass my work ahead of everyone else. A communication arts major in journalism classroom set-up. Not a "REAL" classroom set up of grade one students. But.. But.. There's this strange feeling of mine, looking at these small beings. Their innocent faces, their talkative lips, their curious eyes, and the hardship they struggle on a 1+1 question. I thought for a while. I may not be belong here. But I could fit in. Maybe I could. Besides, Im a SPED major. :p
